Start production of the latest model Bugatti Galibier is scheduled for 2012. Volkswagen has decided to run the model Galibier in production. On sale this luxury sedan will appear in 2013. The model will be equipped with a 16-cylinder engine capacity of 800 to 1,000 horsepower, 8-step “automatic”. The maximum speed of the sedan is 350 km / h. Volkswagen expects to sell 1,000 to 1,500 cars a year, despite the extremely high price. Each Bugatti Galibier will cost at least EUR 1 million.

Faces in Places has to look at the routine from a different angle and see the “face” of any subject.
Look closely – they are everywhere! All the objects around us have their faces: the float, a piece of unfinished pizza and slippers, the roof, a box for letters, even a trash can. A bit of observation, a little imagination – and now you can see that all things have their own face around. The Protohaus: Comfort in a Trailer Home
Living in comfort is one thing we all seek; living in comfort in a trailer sounds a bit far-fetched. At least, that used to be the case.
Presenting the “Protohaus”, the trailer home that pretty much buries all the “comfort trailer home” concepts over the years. With its timber frame and a trailer bed that claims to be able to bear up to 14,000 pounds (around 6,350 kgs) of solid weight, this “stick-built” house is tastefully elegant and structurally sound.

The Bolshoi Theater

Ask any booklover or “bookworm” and he or she would tell you that there is no better feeling than holding books in the palm of your hands. Well, various designers took that concept quite literally, coming up with bookends that represent both the function of said items, and the passion one finds in books. Here are a few hand-inspired bookends that will definitely give you more incentive to keep on reading. Now, shelves will no longer look boring and plain, what with these “handy” (no pun intended) and unique-looking bookends.

The Booleanos Chest of Drawers by Joel Escalona
A chest of drawers and a centerpiece. Interior decorating doesn’t get any better than this.
Boolean logic would dictate sets of relationships where even unexpected bits and pieces could be combined and form a cohesive whole until such time that it actually makes sense. That is what Mexican designer Joel Escalona worked with when he designed a chest of drawers, which he then aptly named “Booleanos”. (more…)
