Coco Choco brand logo

Coco Choco, a brand of handmade chocolate, produces two varieties: white chocolate and dark chocolate. When coming up with the brand packaging for both varieties, Lina Aggelopoulou made sure to integrate subtle distinctions in the design, so it would be easier to tell them apart. She was also responsible for the design of the logo.

Visual Identity for Metrio Coffee

Coming up with a product logo or something that would serve as a visual identity for food items, such as coffee and other beverages, could be quite tricky. You need to incorporate the element of recall and uniqueness, so that one look at the logo or image would immediately bring to mind the product name.

Graphic artist and illustrator Barry S. came up with this logo design for a law firm based in Kyriakopoulos, sticking to the entity’s principles of being simple, straightforward and business-like, without coming across as too staid or sedate. The result is this design, which is both meaningful and professional.

CD Portrait of Bob Marley

In an effort to combat piracy in the music industry, many concerned parties, including the musicians themselves, have raised their voices against it. While others were more vocal, some resorted to more unconventional ways to get their message across. TBWA Italy joined in this campaign and also launched the pop culture magazine First Floor Under by making use of CDs in creating portraits of not one, but seven, musicians who are legends in their own rights. “Aggelon Gi”, in Greek, means “Angels’ Land”. It also happens to be the name of the Winery Estate that has just recently launched a series of premium wines.

Aggelon Gi Estates’ latest contribution to wine serves as a symbol of hope and a ray of light in the otherwise bleak and dreary setting that has been the norm of late, no thanks to the crisis that the entire country is still battling with even now. Angels have always represented purity and hope, and that seems to be the starting point of Sophia Georgopoulou’s design concept for its branding, labels, and packaging.  (more…)

Clear glass, showing off the oil’s golden-green color.

FIVE Unique Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a lot to live up to. The marketing campaign of this Greek gourmet olive oil focuses on the five senses, hence the name, and invites everyone to indulge their senses with it. It also sets itself apart for its packaging, since its bottle is decorated with SWAROVSKI elements. You would think, then, that that’s a tough act to follow, packaging-wise.

It seems that the cat is no longer on a hot tin roof. Instead, the cat now found its way inside a cage, reading a – believe it or not – book. What’s more, above the cat is a lamp.
