On the launch site, located at Cape Canaveral has started a preliminary pre-launch countdown until the launch of the space shuttle “Atlantis”, which took place last friday, in order to reach ISS. The launch of the American shuttle “Atlantis” is scheduled on July 8th at 11:26 AM local time. The returning of the shuttle to the Earth is scheduled on July 20th. After a few days, the only transport to ISS, will remain the russian “Soyuz”, writes today – “The Wall Street Journal (WSJ)”.

Faces in Places project

Faces in Places has to look at the routine from a different angle and see the “face” of any subject.

Look closely – they are everywhere! All the objects around us have their faces: the float, a piece of unfinished pizza and slippers, the roof, a box for letters, even a trash can. A bit of observation, a little imagination – and now you can see that all things have their own face around. On May 22 to 24, an exhibition of the most luxurious and rare pieces from Swiss jewelry house Bogh-Art took place in Moscow, specifically at the Center for Fine Arts at Volhonke. This is mostly thanks to the efforts of Bogh-Art founder and rare gems specialist Albert Bogossyanom. Take a look at some of the rare pieces on display at the Center.

The Rolls-Royce Jonckheere Aerodynamic Coupe II

It has been a little over 77 years since the father-and-son tandem of Henri and Joseph Jonckheere built the original Rolls-Royce Jonckheere Aerodynamic Coupe I. At the time, in 1935, it was truly an extraordinary piece of man-made engineering. Right now, this car can be viewed at the Petersen Museum in California, and since that time, Jonckheere has contented itself with specializing on bus and coach body design. Cyclades Logo

The Cyclades, a group of Greek islands in the Aegean Sea, boasts a lot of local products that are worthy of note. To promote these products, there is a need for a logo that will represent them in a bigger market.
