Elektra Bakery

Elektra Bakery

In Edessa, Greece, there is a chain of bakeries that is much-loved for their excellent breads and pastries. It’s a family-owned and family-run business that is rich with tradition. As such, the construction of its building, from the facade to the brand or corporate identity, needed to reflect this tradition and sense of family.

Studioprototype was tasked to come up with a new overall look for Elektra Bakery, and this is what they came up with.

The exterior of the shop used cedar wood, giving it that homey yet elegant and classic look, with its dark and sleek lines.

From the outside, you can already note the generous amount and strategic placement of lighting and illumination fixture. You can also catch a glimpse of the marble and wood used inside.

The floor plan is, to say the least, narrow. However, the design still managed to display the breads and creations to perfection!

Take note of the lighting fixture inside the bakery. The use of glass and brass complemented the marble construction. Of course, the marble used is none other than high-quality Carrara marble.
