The MTM R8 V10 BiTurbo GT
The MTM R8 V10 BiTurbo GT was finally unveiled during the Geneva Motor Show 2013, and already it was a scene-stealer. For who would dare miss that naked aluminum look adopted for this beaut?
Forget paint jobs; this set of wheels by MTM was “depainted”, and finally did it in pure aluminum (and they did it really really well, too!). The aluminum chassis is handmade, and hand-polished for a purported 700 hours, tops! Quite impressive.
The MTM R8 V10 BiTurbo GT has 802 hp or 590 KW, and is certified to hold up on various tracks even under extreme conditions. In fact, it was tested with up to 742 hp and a top speed of 362.5 km per hour in Nardo, Italy.
Instead of plastic attaching parts, MTM used carbon parts and made sure they were polished using special paint. Aerodynamics is vastly improved and the car is rendered more stable with the addition of the adjustable rear spoiler.
It also makes use of a coil kit with adjustable suspensions, MTM brakes with 8-piston calipers at the rear and front axle, and 20″ rims featuring the Bimoto design.
